Jiaxing Industrial Park


Adjacent to Shanghai and Hangzhou, Jiaxing is located in the center of Yangtze River Delta Region. Generali China


Generali China Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “GCL”), founded in 2002 as a joint-venture between China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) and Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. (Generali Group), was the first Sino-foreign joint-ventured insurer approved by the Chinese Government after China's accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO). In September 2016, the Chinese shareholder, CNPC, transferred 50% of its equity interest in GCL to CNPC Capital Company Limited (CNPC Capital) without compensation. Currently, the registered capital of GCL is RMB 3.7 billion and its total assets exceed RMB 100 billion.


Radici Group


Radici Group was founded in 1921 and has a century of history in Italy. It is one of the world's leading manufacturers of chemical intermediates, polyamide polymers, high-performance engineering polymers, and advanced textile solutions. Its production and sales network covers over 30 countries in Europe, North America, South America, and Asia. Products are widely used in fields such as automobiles, electrical and electronic products, water resource management, consumer goods, and industrial products. Radici group currently has approximately 3000 employees.

In 2006, Radici Plastics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. was registered in Suzhou Industrial Park. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Radici Group's High Performance Plastics Business Unit in China. It mainly produces and sells PA, PBT, TPE and POM, and provides various polyamide thermoplastic engineering plastics, which are widely used in automotive, electrical/electronic, industrial and consumer goods industries.
