Ospitalità Italiana - Certified Italian Restaurants in China, Japan and Korea

 

 

 

The project "Italian Hospitality, Italian restaurants around the world" is supported by Unioncamere, in collaboration with 5 Italian Ministries: ENIT, FIPE, Assocamerestero, Federalimentare, Coldiretti, CIA, Confragricoltura and IS.NA.R.T.; its aim is to promote Italian food and wine tradition and culture around the world, while enhancing the image of Italian restaurants abroad and guaranteeing the quality standards of Italian Hospitality.

 

The "Ospitalità Italiana - Certified Italian Restaurants in China, Japan and Korea" guide has been presented during the meeting of Italian Chambers of Commerce in Asia and South Africa in Seoul on April 24th, 2015. It will be printed in 3000 copies and distributed in China, Japan, Korea and Italy.

I spend about 200 days per year on the road, and usually go to Italy at least 3 times per year. From Tuscany to Beijing, the love put into home cooking makes results that are equally delicious. There are a lot of commonalities between the two cuisines; sauces, rice, noodles, sausage and other ingredients are important for both, but the underlying attitude to food is what really links the two.
