The seminar will focus on the latest developments in cybersecurity and data protection in China with a focus on the regulatory, enforcement, industry and international developments in this area. Speakers Mr. Filippo Sticconi, GWA Senior Associate Filippo Sticconi is a Senior Associate of GWA - Greatway Advisory, based in Shanghai, he is practicing in International Commercial Law & Arbitration, Intellectual Property Rights and Corporate  Law. Currently he is advising foreign companies in PRC and Chinese companies in Italy on legal matters related to FDI & joint ventures, IPR protection and enforcement, commercial contracts, and dispute resolution. Avv. Matteo Zhi, Senior Partner at D’Andrea & Partners Legal Counsel Mr. Zhi has extensive experience either as public officer and as a qualified attorney at law. He has served for 2 years in Shanghai Administration of Industry of Commerce for 2 years and then founded D’Andrea & Partners Legal Counsel together with Mr. Carlo D’Andrea in 2013.
