The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is glad to invite you to the seminar “Cybersecurity And Data Protection | What We Should Know”, which will be held OFFLINE at Cotton's (132 Anting Lu, Xuhui District, Shanghai / 上海市徐汇区安亭路132号) on October 26th, 2021, from 8:30 am to 11 am (Beijing time).
The seminar will focus on the latest developments in cybersecurity and data protection in China with a focus on the regulatory, enforcement, industry and international developments in this area.

Speakers
Mr. Filippo Sticconi, GWA Senior Associate
Filippo Sticconi is a Senior Associate of GWA - Greatway Advisory, based in Shanghai, he is practicing in International Commercial Law & Arbitration, Intellectual Property Rights and Corporate Law. Currently he is advising foreign companies in PRC and Chinese companies in Italy on legal matters related to FDI & joint ventures, IPR protection and enforcement, commercial contracts, and dispute resolution.
Avv. Matteo Zhi, Senior Partner at D’Andrea & Partners Legal Counsel
Mr. Zhi has extensive experience either as public officer and as a qualified attorney at law. He has served for 2 years in Shanghai Administration of Industry of Commerce for 2 years and then founded D’Andrea & Partners Legal Counsel together with Mr. Carlo D’Andrea in 2013. He has hosted many workshops for enterprises on the topics of cybersecurity and data protection and has also organized cybersecurity education and training for employees on behalf of international companies operating in China. Mr. Zhi has been awarded as Top 10 Young Lawyer in Yangpu District, Shanghai and obtained the qualification of “Specialized lawyer in foreign related field” from Shanghai Bar Association.
Mr. Ervis Micukaj, Founder of JET IT Services
Ervis Micukaj is the founder of JET IT Services, an MSP (managed service provider) company offering professional IT Services to businesses operating in China. Mr. Micukaj is personally specialized in Network security, application of cybersecurity protocols and IT Audit. He is also in charge of selling Infrastructure support / Web Hosting / Tech Consulting to Businesses in China.
Avv. Carlo Geremia, Coordinator of Intellectual Property Working Group (IPWG) and Salary Partner at ADVANT Nctm
Carlo is an Italian-qualified lawyer, living and working in China for over twenty years. Carlo’s practice is mainly focused on corporate and commercial cross-border projects as well as on privacy and brand protection matters.
