    L’ Istituto per l’alta formazione dipendente da CFDA (China Food and Drug Administration) organizza un corso di formazione riguardo la gestione della sicurezza dei prodotti alimentari nazionali.   Il corso, rivolto ad operatori e funzionari impegnati nel settore della produzione e commercializzazione alimentare, si svolgera’ dal 27 al 29 Dicembre p.v. a Pechino.   Parte di un programma di attivita’ previste per il quinquennio 2011-2015 volto all’ istruzione e divulgazione del tema della sicurezza alimentare, il corso affrontera’ i seguenti temi:         - Nuova legge sulla sicurezza alimentare       - Leggi e norme sulla lavorazione di prodotti alimentari       - Leggi e norme che investono il settore alimentare e la sua conduzione       - Standard alimentari nazionali       - Comunicazione con i media sul tema della sicurezza alimentare       - Tracciabilita’ e rintracciabilita’ dei prodotti alimentari   E’ prevista la partecipazione di esperti nel settore della supervisione della sicurezza alimentare nonche’ dirigenti e funzionari pubblici del settore.   Al termine del seminario sara’ consegnato un certificato timbrato dal Ministero per le risorse umane e la previdenza sociale e dall’ Istituto per l’alta formazione della CFDA con valore di riconoscimento professionale per il personale tecnico e per la registrazione nei registri di settore.
