The China Italy Chamber of Commerce is pleased to inform you about a tender notice for the selection of the organizer of the “Festival Italiano” in Suzhou, 3rd edition.
The “Festival Italiano” in Suzhou, scheduled for October 12th and 13th, 2013, is a concept owned by the Suzhou Working Group (SWG) of the China Italy Chamber of Commerce.
The SWG is recruiting an event organizer company to arrange and manage the event, under its own responsibility and autonomy, in coordination with the SWG.
The interested organizers shall submit to the SWG, within 15 days from the date of the publication of this tender document, a project plan for the event (inclusive of budget). The SWG, within 7 days, will select the organizer, and will inform the other candidates about its final decision.
For further information about the event venue, the reporting procedures of the expenditures and the incomes, the assumption of responsibility of SWG, the financial conditions, the legal notes and the deadlines, please refer to the attached tender document.
