Emotional Intelligence: what is it and how can it contribute to increase organizational performance?

Shanghai
16 十一月 2016
The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC), in collaboration with O.S. China, is glad to invite you to the seminar "Emotional Intelligence: what is it and how can it contribute to increase organizational performance?" Description Modern organizations are made of lean structures in which boundaries are barely sketched out and job roles poorly defined, and where people are in a constant and interdependent relation; all these factors have significantly increased flexibility and dynamism. The other side of this great change is represented by the significant emotional discomfort that characterizes the daily life of workers. One of the main reasons for this is a widespread “emotional illiteracy” that has underestimated how performance is heavily influenced by the emotions that play a constant role during the work hours and by the individual strategies for dealing with one’s own and others' emotions that different situations, people and events can generate. Being able to recognize, understand and use proactively the emotions involved in any moment of our life is the key to success in a lot of different job positions, at various levels. During this Seminar you will be introduced, in a simple and interactive way, to the main dimensions of Emotional Intelligence and how each of them can impact directly your daily activity at work. The trainer – Mr. Andrea Lattanzi HR Consultant with many years of experience, Andrea completed his Master’s degree cum magna laude in Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Rome. He has cooperated with the Industrial Psychology department of the “Sapienza” University of Rome, then he started working as an HR consultant and a Recruitment Project Manager for one of the top European companies in the fields of psychometric testing and consulting. During the last years he has helped the Chinese clients of his Company to grow and improve their knowledge of psychometric tests and HR consultancy models, and he developed new business strategies for them, living first in Shanghai and then in Guangzhou. In 2015 he moved permanently to China, starting working for O.S. China as a Development Manager in the areas of Shanghai and Guangzhou, designing and delivering projects about Human Assessment and Development (through Assessment Centers, training, coaching, competency-based evaluation systems). Target HR professionals, Middle & Top Managers, Team Leaders, General Managers. Agenda 18.00 – 18.30 • Registration 18.30 – 19.30 • Presentation 19.30 – 20.00 • Q&A 20.00 • Finger food & Networking Please sign up sending an email to rsvp@cameraitacina.com  before November 15th 2016, 5 pm.

Max Gazze' Maximilian World Tour

Shanghai
22 十月 2016
On October 22nd HIT WEEK www.hitweek.it, the world's most important festival dedicated to contemporary Italian culture and music will land in Shanghai with Max Gazzè, who will perform at QSW Culture Centre staging his new album MAXIMILIAN -published on October 30th 2015 and already awarded with the Disco D’Oro prize-, and a repertoire collecting 20 years of success. After the success of his previous album SOTTO CASA (2013), and the extraordinary discographic experience and success of the European and Italian tours with the album IL PADRONE DELLA FESTA (2014), produced with Niccolò Fabi and Daniele Silvestri, Max Gazzè returns on the scene as a soloist with the album ‘MAXIMILIAN’, accomplishing a new success. The tune “La vita com’è” reached 23 million views on YouTube (one of the most played tunes of 2015), and the new LP grants him a year of “sold outs”. The Chinese stop of the tour takes place during an exceptional year. After having performed in the biggest Italian and European cities, Max Gazzè is one of the protagonists of the 2016 edition of Hit Week, which will bring him to China, Canada, US and Japan. The tour will culminate with two event-concerts on October 27th at Palalottomatica in Rome and on October 29th at Mediolanum Forum in Milan. The year 2016 also marks the 20th anniversary of the publication of his first album ‘CONTRO UN’ONDA DEL MARE’, with which Max showed up on the Italian scene, emerging for his strong irony, the attention for composition and the never missing attention to introspection. “I like to send a message through my songs, and irony can be an instrument to deliver that message”. Said the roman artist in a recent interview. And it is with a great enthusiasm that the artist lands in China bringing a repertoire of famous masterpieces. The tour Hit Week 2016 and Max Gazzè’s show in Shanghai are produced by Music Experience Roma S.r.l with the organizational support of the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce. Partner of the festival is FIMI, Federazione Industria Musica Italiana. The tickets for the concert are now available! The F&BWG Working Group includes all companies working in the F&B / Ho.Re.Ca sector, such as manufacturers, companies that import Italian products to China, Italian restaurants, etc. Despite being one of the most fragmented and challenged sectors, F&B represents an incredible opportunity for Italian companies. This is why the CICC has decided to establish a dedicated working group.
