On December 15th, the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) hosted the Christmas Aperitif at Pala Pala Italian Restaurant in Beijing. The event brought together over 30 guests, including Members attending our Italian Language course as well as other CICC members and friends.

Attendees had the chance to connect with old friends, forge new relationships, and exchange ideas in a joyful atmosphere while raising a toast to the holidays.

The evening featured a selection of authentic Italian dishes, complemented by exquisite Italian wines. Special thanks go to Pala Pala Italian Restaurant for hosting us and to 100ITA for sponsoring the wines.

The soul of the restaurant is Chef Fabio. Born into a multigenerational family of chefs from Naples, Italy, his veins course with reverence for ingredients and dedication to tradition.
