New Zoppas Industries Heating Element Technologies plant

On May 8th, the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce attended the official inauguration of the new Zoppas Industries Heating Element Technologies plant in Jiaxing — a strategic investment of over €80 million across 88,000 sqm, further strengthening the Group’s footprint in the Chinese and broader Asian markets.

The CICC Member Zoppas Industries is a true ambassador of Italian industrial excellence, constantly innovating and expanding globally.  The new facility brings together two core divisions: one focused on advanced heating systems, and the other on high-precision molds for plastic packaging, in synergy with SIPA.

The event was attended by Mr. Gianfranco Zoppas (Chairman of Zoppas Industries Group), Mr. Federico Zoppas (Managing Director), and Mr. Matteo Zoppas (Board Member and President of ITA – Italian Trade Agency), as well as H.E. Massimo Ambrosetti, Ambassador of Italy to China, Consul General of Italy in Shanghai Tiziana D’Angelo, Italian Trade Commissioner to China and Mongolia  Francesco Pensabene, Head of China and East Asia SACE Donato Morea and other representatives of Sistema Italia.

The CICC was represented by Vice Chairman North China Andrea Croci who delivered a welcome address underlining the importance of Zoppas Industries as a bridge between Italy and China, and a symbol of long-term industrial partnership.
