Call for Tenders | Web Design, Development and Maintenance

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is looking for a Web Development and Web Design Provider to redevelop its website.

REASONS FOR THE UPGRADE

CICC must redevelop the website by January 2025 to tackle some critical points and guarantee its security. Also, the current website has a dated design, the new one needs to be responsive and attractive with an efficient and prompt content management system*.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Interested applicants should write an email to the CICC’s Communications Manager Chiara Ciaccia at communication@cameraitacina.com, keeping CICC’s Secretary General Renzo Isler in copy isler@cameraitacina.com, with a proposal in English. 

SELECTION CRITERIA

The assessment will be based on each tenderer’s bid. All the information submitted will be evaluated according to the following criteria:

• Level of conformity with the technical requirements listed in the present document.
• Quality of the proposal and accuracy of the proposed services.
• Value for money of the itemised quote presented by the Service provider.
• CICC will give priority to its Members and Friends and it will select the first submitted bid meeting the standards required. If no applications are submitted by Members or Friends, then CICC has the right to select the most appropriate application submitted by one of the non-Member companies.
• Proof of sufficient technical and professional capacity to perform the contract.
• Quality control and assurance methodology.

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

CICC is willing to offer a promotion proposal to those companies that are willing to become technical sponsors of the website and offer the service in a discounted rate.

APPLICATION DEADLINE

• Launch of tender: Thursday, 27th June 2024.
• Deadline for reception of tenders by email: Wednesday 10th July 2024.
• Result announcement via private email to the bid winner: 17th July 2024.
