Event Recap | Suzhou Chapter Meeting on 17 May 2024

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) successfully held the Suzhou Chapter Meeting, on May 17th, 2024, marking a significant moment for the chamber as it welcomed and introduced new leadership of CICC.

The event was honored by the presence of Ms. Alessandra Palumbo, Consul of the Consulate General of Italy in Shanghai and Mr. Lorenzo Riccardi, Chairman of CICC.

Mr. Lorenzo Bali, the Board Director of CICC gave a presentation on past and upcoming events in Jiangsu was featured, highlighting the chamber's endeavors to strengthen bilateral relations with the Jiangsu government. Discussions also centered on the election of the new SCH working group, demonstrating the chamber's proactive approach to addressing member needs. 

Mr. Lorenzo Bali, Board Director of CICC Suzhou area introduced CICC Jiangsu's membership and past and upcoming events in the region, highlighting the Chamber's new leadership team's commitment to researching into the difficulties and needs of businesses, to further improve its services to members. In addition, participants also discussed issues such as the election of the new CICC Suzhou Chapter Working Group, which fully demonstrated the Chamber's proactive and open attitude towards meeting the needs of its members.

The CICC Suzhou Chapter Meeting concluded on an optimistic note, with attendees expressing enthusiasm for the chamber's future endeavors under the leadership of Mr. Lorenzo Riccardi and the newly constituted board. As the chamber continues to act as a bridge between the business communities of Suzhou and Italy, it remains steadfast in its commitment to promoting collaboration, mutual understanding, and prosperity.
