Dear Members and Friends,

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) would like to summon a Mechanical Engineering Working Group (MEWG) meeting on May 31st, 2023 at 5 PM (Beijing Time), to be held entirely online.

SUBJECT OF THE MEETING

Elections for the two new MEWG Vice Coordinators and updates about WG’s activities.

As a rule, Vice Coordinators' positions are renewed every two years. Due to the circumstances, the newly elected Vice Coordinators will inherit the mandate that was established in the last electoral cycle. Consequently, they will be in charge until June 2024.

Please note that the voting process will take place exclusively online. More details can be found below in section 2.

We are pleased to announce candidates for the role of Vice Coordinators for the Mechanical Engineering Working Group (MEWG):

Riccardo Budriesi

Tiziano Sandonini

Board Member at Santoni (Shanghai) Knitting Machinery Co., Ltd.

VOTING PROCESS

Each participant can vote for max n.1 candidate for Vice Coordinator by sending an e-mail to elezioni2023@cameraitacina.com within 24 hours before the elections (proxies are not accepted). All ballots are kept confidential. All members of the MEWG who completed the membership process more than 10 days before the date of the elections will be entitled to vote.
