CALL for SPONSORS – China Italy Business Dialogue

Dear Members and Friends of CICC,

Friday 11th and Saturday 12th, December 2020, the Embassy of Italy in Beijing together with the Italian Trade Agency (ITA) and the China Italy Chamber of Commerce organizes the “China-Italy Business Dialogue”.

The CICC is now seeking for a sponsor which will take care to provide wines.

CALL INVITATION – Wines

The CICC is looking for 4 sponsors of wines to be able to provide wines for 150 guests. Four categories: prosecco sparkling wine, white wine, red wine, dessert wine. Serving time: evening

BENEFITS:

Sponsorship: One WeChat post with company description, logo and link to website.
Visibility: Company logo presence on the Sponsors page on CICC web page.

 CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

• Participation in tendering is open to CICC Members and no Members
• Companies competing in the tender must have the necessary knowledge and experience and have the technical support and personnel capable to run the tender
• The tender is to be drafted in Italian or English, filled in and signed
• It is the responsibility of the tenderer to study the specification and requirements before submitting the tender

EVALUATION CRITERIA

• The selection of the sponsor will be made according to the Event’s requirements
• If the bidding price is the same or the service/goods are supplied free of charge, the Chamber will give priority to the members of the Chamber first and will select the first submitted bid that will meet the standards of quality indicated
• If no applications are submitted by the members of the Chamber, the Chamber has the right to select the most appropriate application submitted by one of the non-member companies present on CICC database

The Sponsor shall be excluded from the tendering in case of:

• Not meeting conditions of the tendering process;
• Non-conformity with the hereby open call for tender;
• False data;
• Late submission.

The results about the tendering shall be announced by email and on the CICC website.
