Job description:

We are looking for a Plant Manager to manage our new brand production site. The plant manager will oversee all daily operation of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policy and procedure compliance.

Main responsibility:

Plan, organize, direct a run day to day operations
Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipment
Allocate resource effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal result
Monitor operation and trigger corrective action
Supplier scouting & purchasing operation.

Starting date: around June/July 2018

Location: Changzhou – Jiangsu

Salary: over 40.000 rmb/month
