Smooth Investments for SMEs in China. Market Tendencies and Legal Framework to be successful_Post Event

On April 11th, at Intercontinental Hotel Chongqing, the China Italy Chamber of Commerce and the EU SME Centre, with the support of the EUCCC (Chengdu-Chongqing) and Consulate-General of Italy in Chongqing, organized the seminar “Smooth Investments for SMEs in China. Market Tendencies and Legal Framework to be successful”. 

Javier Bahut Vega, Business Development Advisor at the EU SME Centre, and Sergio Scanu, Associate of Chiomenti Studio Legale, caught the attention of participants by analyzing opportunities and challenges for EU SMEs entering China and focusing on legal aspects of SMEs’ industrial and commercial investments in the P.R.C..

Sergio Maffettone, Consul-General of Italy in Chongqing, attended the event. In his speech, he emphasized business opportunites in Central and Western provinces and the role of institutions to support SMEs.

Presentations were followed by a Q&A and a dynamic networking session.
