The seminar will cover all the major points of interest linked to the legal system of the working safety and the standards for the safety management. The speakers will also focus on the basic aspects of EHS policy (Environmental Policy and OHSAS Policy), risk analysis and assessment, safety training and standards. There will be presented some cases studies as well.

Caroline is the Managing Partner of HJM Asia & Cajola (with offices in Milan, Singapore and China).
She graduated from McGill University (Canada) with a BCL and LL.B degree and completed her studies at the National University of Singapore with a focus on Chinese law.
Caroline has represented international corporate clients and banks in asset financing and M&A cross-border transactions in Asia for 17 years. Caroline is also a regular speaker at many international conferences.
