About the seminar:
Over the last few years companies have realized that Social Networks (SN) are a key components in people’s everyday life, thus affecting their preferences and buying decisions. Nevertheless, most of them still adopt the wrong approach about SN: indeed, they must be aware that social is more than communication just like the Internet is more than a medium.
In this perspective, the seminar aims at supporting, through case studies, executives in understanding how to set up a social infrastructure which contributes to increase the (product) brand equity.
The seminar will be held in English.
