Chefs: Mr. Salvatore Coco - Italian Chef of the Da Vinci Restaurant at Shangri-La Hotel, Qingdao. Salvatore Coco is a committed food service and Italian culinary arts professional with 23 years of comprehensive experience. He is the guest chef at Shangri-La Hotel, Guangzhou from 12 to 24 March 2010.
Mr. Kelvin Yeap -Executive Sous Chef from Shangri-La Hotel, Guangzhou Kelvin Yeap is a typical Malaysian national of Chinese descent who started his culinary career in his early 20s after completing two diploma programmes in hotel management. Teaming up with Chef Salvatore Coco, he will present elegant and classic cuisine full of new indulgences.
