Masterclass "Food Synergies: Balsamic Vinegar & Soy Sauce", Beijing, June 18th, 2021

Dear Members and Friends,

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is glad to announce that the Masterclass “Food Synergies: Balsamic Vinegar & Soy Sauce”, will be held on June 18th, 2021, from 3 to 5 pm at Park Hyatt Beijing (2 Jianguomenwai Street, Chaoyang District, Beijing). The Masterclass is organized in the framework of the project "True Italian Taste", promoted and funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI). “True Italian Taste” is part of the program "The Extraordinary Italian Taste".

 

 

Please note: the event will be reserved for Chinese operators within the F&B sector (media, journalists, KOLs, nutritionists, importers and distributors, HORECA channel operators).

During the event, local F&B operators will have the chance to watch an Italian Michelin - starred chef cooking with balsamic vinegar, taste and learn about the product and its use.
