Dear Members and Friends of CICC,
First Week of the Italian Cuisine in China was successfully held from November 21st to November 27th.
In such important occasion, the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce organized a series of events to promote the Italian Cuisine and culture thanks to the participation of Michelin-starred Chef Carlo Cracco. A special thanks goes to the Embassy of Italy in the P.R.C. and Italian Institute of Culture for their support.
"I am very happy to be here in Beijing for the First Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World Abroad. It is a great honor for me to represent my country during this visit that aims to raise the awareness of the Italian cuisine, food tradition, history and incredible products." - Chef Carlo Cracco

Carlo Cracco cooked and commented together with a "Chinese mama" and Chinese Chef Sun Lixin a selection of dishes from the culinary tradition of both countries (pasta all'Amatriciana and fried egg with Parmesan cheese for Italy). These two episodes will be aired on December 30th and January 6th at 6:30 pm;
