The VAT reform in the PRC
Effective from January 2009, the new VAT rules and regulations have had significant impact on enterprises in the PRC. The presentation will examine implemented changes with a special focus on those aspects affecting the foreign invested enterprises business. The seminar is organized with the support and expertise of Mazars and will be presented by Mr. Peter Law.
Speaker: Mr. Peter Law: Mr Law, Tax Manager - Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and BA (Hon) in Accountancy, City University of Hong Kong - has been working with Mazars for 9 years, where he is responsible for provision of PRC and Hong Kong tax and business consulting services to both corporations and individuals.

Entrance Fee: RMB 150/pax for CICC Members RMB 200/pax for non CICC Members Entry fees must be settled with CICC Shanghai office in advance, in cash, by 17^thof February, 2009.
