Tax Saving Plan for Foreign Invested Enterprises in China


Under the circumstances of the recently amended tax regulation, the Foreign Invested Enterprises (FIE) in China have to undertake proper measures, planning the enterprise tax saving in advance, by minimizing or possibly avoiding taxes reasonably and according to legal means.

The seminar will examine following points:
I. Making the best use of various preferential tax policies
II. Planning and implementing tax saving practices in the daily business operations
III. Tax saving practices and planning applied to the enterprises` new investment projects, or restructuring
IV. Tax saving planning applied to intercompany transfer-price transactions
V. Tax saving planning for Individual Income Tax
VI. Overview on tax reform and its effects on FIE

The seminar will be held in Chinese, and is addressed to CFO, Finance Managers, Accounting and Administrative Clerks working for the CICC Member Companies.
Non-Member participation is also allowed.

Entry fees settled with CICC Shanghai office in advance, in cash or by bank transfer, before September 11th, 2009 will be reduced 50RMB (RMB 150/Member and RMB 200/Non-Member).

Cancellation policies: If you cancel your reservation informing us by e-mail 36 hours before the event, no fee will be applied and you shall be refunded. 
No show: If you make a reservation and do not cancel 36 hours ahead in writing, you shall be required to pay the fee in full price, in order to attend other CICC events. No refund will be given.
