SwissCham, Chiomenti Studio Legale and Wenfei Attorneys-at-Law Ltd., offer you some insights on the key issues in order to help business players to restructure and reorganize their business and to deal with the crisis in practice.
The program focuses on the view from the field level and will discuss case studies after an overview concerning the regulations and the approval from the competent authorities. It is not designed for lawyers but expressly for average professionals.

A Continental Breakfast will be provided during the seminar.
