Giro d`Italia_Invitation

Dear Members and Friends,

The Embassy of Italy in Beijing cordially invites you to attend the first edition of “Giro d’Italia” on Saturday, April 18th from 10.00 to 20.00.

Giro d`Italia is an open day event which showcases Italian products and lifestyle.

The event is free and open to all Italian enterprises and the participation is based on the principle: "first come, first served".

“Food & beverage" companies shall offer their products during the event with a "joint participation/costs refund" mechanism defined in a further step.

Participation shall be confirmed by Monday, March 30th by e-mail to commerciale.pechino@esteri.it, fabio_falanga@gptinternational.com and ricky@gptinternational.com.

Companies not located in Beijing are also invited to participate in a meeting at the Commercial Office of the Embassy, from 14.00 to 14.30, to brainstorm about the organization of "Giro d`Italia" in other cities. To attend, please send an e-mail at commerciale.pechino@esteri.it specifying the company and the participant`s name.
