In this occasion, CICC will have its booth in the SWFC, in an area set up for this occasion where our members will display, promote and sell their products, organize workshops, food & wine tastings, demonstrations and seminars.   Moreover, we will host a special corner of Ospitalita’ Italiana - Ristoranti Italiani nel mondo (Italian Hospitality Seal - Italian Restaurants in the World) the worldwide certification promoted by Unioncamere with the administrative support of IS.NA.R.T., and in collaboration with 5 Ministries, which groups and spots all those Italian Restaurants that respect certain norms in protection of the image of Italy by using use of genuine Italian products, offering authentic Italian recipes, replicating a truly Italian atmosphere and so on. Italian cuisine includes a variety of exquisite dishes…Simple, vibrant, subtle, delicious and diverse, it represents a fundamental aspect of our culture.
