      Management of Special Employees - Legal Practice & Psychological Support   The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, together with River Delta Law Firm, is glad to invite you to a one-day seminar aimed at presenting and analyzing China`s labor laws and regulations related to the management of special employees. The seminar will be held in 3 different cities: Shanghai, Beijing and Chengdu. The lecture is based on the most important characteristics of labor disputes in China: being more in volume with higher degree of difficulty and higher degree of complexity. In the process of handling these issues, we realize it is vital for HR managers to have a good understanding of China`s labor related laws and regulations. The seminar will definitely be very helpful for HR managers to learn to get a deep insight into employees` psychology in order to manage employees effectively. Following these trends, River Delta Law Firm cooperates with the famous management consulting Human Dynamic, and analyses the following four topics which are comparatively problematic for HR: “Management of employees who are incompetent for work and violate rules and regulations”, “sudden (collective) labor issues”, “management of employees with sick leave” and “management of employees with mental disorder”. The lecture is based on the new issues arising in the management of the labour relationships in the internet and New Media era. Moreover, the seminar will focus on the new type of legal risks and labour disputes related to electronic evidences. Effective solution on how enterprises can maintain their reputations, protect their trade secrets and how deep the employer can exercise its self-governance power into employees’ private time will be outlined in a new environment where opinions and information are open to a wide public.
