中国意大利商会,与瑞士商会, 共同邀请您参加“The new Chinese bankruptcy law and alternative exit strategies from your JV”After over ten years in the making, China has finally passed the new Enterprise Bankruptcy Law, which brings a completely new bankruptcy regime to China. In this presentation, Kylie Kwok, a senior manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers, will outline how a bankruptcy petition is initiated under this new law, discuss the major provisions and share with us some issues and problems which may arise during implementation.Sara Marchetta, which is a senior associate of Chiomenti Studio Legale in Beijing, will move to the delicate and important matter of FIE voluntary liquidation and the potential exit strategies from Joint Ventures, which interest in a closer way each company which operate in China.Speakers:Sara Marchetta: Sara Marchetta graduated in Chinese Language and Culture at the University of Venice – Ca’ Foscari in 1994, and subsequently attended an advanced learning program at the Law Faculty of Peking University (1994-1998). In 2002 Sara Marchetta also graduated in Law at the University of Parma and she is currently a member of the Bar Association of Piacenza (Italy). From 1997 to 2008 she worked with the Italian law firm Birindelli e Associati, as managing partner of the Beijing office. Sara Marchetta is now a senior associate of Chiomenti Studio Legale in Beijing, where her practice area is corporate law.
