  Dear Members and Friends of the CICC, The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce is glad to invite you to the “Authentic Italian Table”, an event to promote and taste authentic Italian food. When: Saturday June 15th Where: CHAO Hotel –  No. 4 Workers' Stadium East Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing What time: approximately 10:30 – 19:00   We invite Chinese F&B sector’s experts (journalists, KOL/influencers, academics, nutritionists) and representative of the distribution network (buyers, importers, distributors) to take part in the event. Italian operators in the F&B sector will display their authentic Italian food products and prepare local dishes using authentic Italian products. During the day, there will be: masterclasses, explanations, interactive activities to gain an insight on authentic Italian food products, expand your network of contacts – and of course to taste the true Italian food and wine. The closing ceremony will be the occasion for awarding the authentic Italian restaurants in Beijing with the certificate “Italian Hospitality”. Other Italian food and wine lovers are also invited! The event will be open to the general public between 16:00 and 18:30.   “Authentic Italian Table” is part of the “True Italian Taste” project, promoted and financed by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development and carried out by Assocamerestero in collaboration with the Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad.

Within the project "True Italian Taste", promoted and financed by the Ministry of Economic Development and carried out by Assocamerestero in collaboration with the Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad to enhance and safeguard the authentic Italian food product, the China-Italy Chamber (CCIC) organizes: "Authentic Italian Table" One-day event, open to experts in the F&B sector, to promote and taste authentic Italian food. What are the goals? • VALUE the authentic Italian food and wine productions by communicating their quality; • INCREASE the perception of Chinese consumers on authentic Italian products; • ENHANCE the visibility of Italian companies in the F&B field in China. What does it consist of? • TO EXHIBIT and to taste F&B products through public involvement and interactive activities; • TO ORGANIZE masterclasses/short seminars on product explanation; • TO MEET Chinese F&B sector operators to expand your network of contacts; Who will participate? The local public will consist of: • INFLUENCERS: Journalists, media, KOL, bloggers, nutritionists and experts in the field; • BUYERS: Chinese representatives of the local F&B distribution networks; • CONSUMERS: Italian food and wine lovers.   The event also provides an opportunity to reward restaurants participating in the "Italian Hospitality" project.   Date: Saturday June 15th, 2019 Location: CHAO Hotel, Beijing   How can F&B companies participate? All’interno di “True Italian Taste”, progetto promosso e finanziato dal Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico e realizzato da Assocamerestero in collaborazione con le Camere di Commercio italiane all’estero per valorizzare e salvaguardare il prodotto agroalimentare autentico italiano, la Camera di Commercio Italiana in China (CCIC) organizza: “Authentic Italian Table” Un evento della durata di una giornata, aperto agli esperti del settore F&B, per promuovere e far degustare il vero cibo italiano. Quali sono gli obiettivi? • VALORIZZARE le produzioni autentiche italiane del food&wine comunicandone la qualità; • AUMENTARE la percezione del consumatore cinese sui prodotti italiani autentici; • INCREMENTARE la visibilità delle aziende italiane nel campo F&B presenti sul terrirorio cinese.
