DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER - COVEME, Jiangsu

COVEME Engineered Films Zhangjiagang Co., Ltd is looking for a Deputy General Manager, who will report directly to General Manager.

Requirements:

• Ensure resources are in place to allow plants to remain in compliance with all safety, health and environmental (EHS) regulations. This includes implementation of auditing systems and ensuring that required EHS training is completed on schedule

• Be responsible for operational excellence in equipment, production, EHS, R&D/Technical, Finance, IT, HR, and Supply Chain to setup the best practice, and optimize productivity and cost saving

• Accountability will focus on team coaching and communication, operation excellence, and continuous to grow operation capacity to support business. Expectations include the ability to sell at all levels of management, and build relationships that ensure Coveme will continue to get the first and last look

• Being skilled at multi-culture management, team building

• Good knowledge of Technical, EHS, Supply Chain management, Auditing, and SOP&KPIs setup

• Must have the ability to assist GM in problem solving to deliver solutions, bring energy, enthusiasm and professionalism to their daily routines, and be able to perform the function independently and effectively coach direct personnel in operation and other disciplines to achieve results. This individual will be able to influence effectively at the peer level, as well as with the next level of the organization, as a thought leader influencing cross functionally

• Ensure that quality performance is regularly audited at plant and that improvement plans are implemented

• Ensure systems and requirements are in place and functioning effectively at plant to support the supply chain process and achieve key metrics, such as on-time deliver

• Develop and manage a capital plan that supports the business strategy and improves plant operations. Ensure that plant assets and cost structures are properly aligned to support the business strategy

• Ensure all plants operate in a manner consistent with Coveme values and Code of Conduct
