Job description:

Biomeals Shanghai Co. Ltd., an Italian brand operating in the healthy food industry and already established in Shanghai-Pudong, is expanding in China by setting up a national network of outlets, and is now looking for an experienced customer service manager.

Education Background:

The main requisites and qualifications:

Knowledge and experience of retail and/or catering industry, with e-commerce preferred.
Experience of minimum 5 years in leading teams in a customer service environment.
Strong communication skills and good at motivating team members.
Experience of at least five years in CRM, with high skills in digital, social media, mobile, etc.
Excellent customer focus and interaction with risk control under business compliance.
Mastery of computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
Responsible, committed and organized.
Higher education background.
Good knowledge of english.
Age around 35-38.

Business Scope: development of a National Network of Pizza Stores, including Coffee Bar Service, under its Italian Brand Bella&Brava. (www.bellabrava.it)

The first three Stores will be opened in Shanghai between June and October 2020, two of them are already under construction (one in ITC Center, which will be opened by the end of June, and the other one in Golden East, which opening is expected to be two months later), a third one is currently under confirmation. We are planning to set-up an average of eight-ten Stores every following year, targeting the main cities in China.
