Post Event - Labor Law, HR Compliance and Taxation Seminar - Chengdu September 11th

Dear Members and Friends of CICC,

Monday, 11th September 2017 was held in Chengdu @EUPIC the Labor Law, HR Compliance and Taxation Seminar; the event was organized by the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the Law Firms D’Andrea & Partners and PHC Advisory, about 20 companies joined the appointment.

We would like to thank for supporting the initiative the Aust Cham West China, the British Chamber of Commerce, the French Chamber of Commerce and the German Chamber of Commerce.

The speech was divided into two main sections:

·         Labor Dispatch and Dispute Resolution.

·         Individual Income Tax,

·         Tax on income from personal services,

·         Income from interest and dividends and bonuses.
