Ospitalità Italiana - Discover the Awarded Restaurants

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce is delighted to announce the first group of 22 Italian restaurants awarded with the Ospitalità Italiana certification. More restaurants will receive this recognition in early 2025.

The certification ceremony for the 2025-2026 Ospitalità Italiana was held during the XI Edition of Notte Italiana in Beijing, celebrating excellence in Italian cuisine and hospitality.

ABOUT OSPITALITA' ITALIANA

Ospitalità Italiana nel Mondo (Italian Hospitality in the World) is an initiative of the Italian System of Chambers of Commerce that certifies authentic Italian restaurants, pizzerias and gelaterias that guarantee the respect of the quality and hospitality standards to promote Italian food and wine culture.

Companies that apply to take part to the Ospitalità Italiana project have made a “choice of identity”: they decide to underline the decision to emphasize that their production and their gastronomic offering become a full and proper expression of Italian culture, Italy and the Italian spirit and are at the core of  their business model.

While this choice does not rule out the process of innovating recipes and changes stemming from being abroad, their proposal nevertheless retains a number of cornerstones that relate to tradition: the experience gained by their chefs, pizza makers, and gelato makers as “masters” of Italian cuisine/production is the full proof of this fact.
