Meeting at the Italian Embassy in Beijing

Dear Members,

On January 11th a meeting was held at the Italian Embassy in Beijing to introduce to the business community the main topics of the bilateral agreement signed by Minister Wan Gang and Minister Renato Brunetta in Rome last October, concerning technological development and innovation.

Mr Mario dal Co, Director of the Agency for the Diffusion of the Technologies for the Innovation, and Prof. Antonio Cianci, Counsellor to the Minister of Public Administration and Innovation, have presented the activities of the recently established “Sino-Italian Centre for the Technological Transfer”, an agency based in Beijing and Milan which aims at acting as a bridge to bring into contact Chinese and Italian companies whose area of expertise involves innovative technologies to further develop synergies in this field.

Along with it, the announcement was made that a second call for the contest “Italia degli Innovatori” has been launched, aimed at attracting the participation of Italian companies whose industrial processes or products are innovative.
