Meet Mixologist John Ng at The Ritz-Carlton Bar

Dear Members and Friends of CICC,

One of the most respected mixologists in Asia, John Ng will come to The Ritz-Carlton, Beijing on March 23 and 24, together with mixologist Tim at The Ritz-Carlton Bar to present a new series of exclusive cocktails.

John won awards in 10 international cocktail competitions since 2012, including Hong Kong Asian Cocktail Championship 2010 and the Bacardi Cocktail Competition 2014. He was voted as one of the 25 Top Bartenders in Hong Kong since 2014, he is called the “Honey Man”, because of his rich experience and professional knowledge. In addition, John was appointed as Michter’s Brand Ambassador in Asian Region in May 2016.

John Ng will showcase his signature drinks and tailor-make 6 kinds of special cocktails for The Ritz-Carlton Bar, include Golden Rolls Royce, Newton Apple Fallen, and Penicillin. Guest will be able to taste these cocktails in the following two months. A cocktail salon will be held at The Ritz-Carlton Bar during March 23 & 24; where guests will learn how to make the cocktails.

In the meantime, we will welcome our newest singer Farah, don’t miss the opportunity to experience her performance, the ideal to unwind and enjoy the rhythms of Jazz and Blues.
