Healthcare Working Group Meeting, Coordinator and Vice-Coordinator Elections: change of date and time.

Dear CICC Members and Friends,

This is to summon an Healthcare Working Group (HCWG) online meeting on 24/06/2020 at 4.00 p.m (Beijing time).

Please note that the date and time has been postponed to 24th June instead of 23th, at 4.00 pm instead of 3.00 p.m. (Beijing time).

Subject of the meeting: elections for the new HCWG Coordinator and Vice-Coordinators and update about WG’s activities.

Hereby, the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce cordially invites you to present your candidacy by filling in the form, that you can find here,  and sending it to elezioni2020@cameraitacina.com together with a scan of the residence permit/ID Card and a short biography within 13/06/2020 at 6.00 p.m. (Beijing time). Candidates’ biographies will be shared with all HCWG Members subsequently.

Please, consult the CICC Working Groups General Rules Here and be minded that elected Coordinator and Vice-Coordinators will stay in charge for two years and that they need to be regularly enrolled in the CICC as Supporting Members.

Each participant can vote for max n.1 candidate for Coordinator and max n.1 candidate for Vice-Coordinator by sending an email to CICC Secretary General at elezioni2020@cameraitacina.com within 24 hours before the meeting (proxies are not accepted).

To confirm your attendance at the online meeting, please write an email to: infoshanghai@cameraitacina.com within June 22nd, 6 pm (Beijing time).

Please be aware that the Working Groups meetings are only open to CICC Members.

CICC Working Groups

The Working Groups bring together representatives of companies operating in the same sector or located in the same geographical area. The aim is to share information, resources and ideas, organize relevant activities for the companies, and build sectorial expertise within the CICC in order to attract interest both in China and in Italy to benefit companies not present on Chinese territory yet. 

Healthcare Working Group (HCWG) 

The HCWG includes all the companies working in the healthcare sector, such as manufacturing companies of medical equipment, devices or pharmaceutical products and supply of IT solutions.

The initiative to create a network of companies operating in the healthcare sector was activated by the Embassy of Italy in the P.R.C. 

The first tangible result of this initiative was the publication of "Pacchetto di cooperazione sino-italiana", presented at Chinese counterparts during the visit of the Italian Minister of Economic Development, Flavio Zanonato, in January 2014.

The HCWG is committed to promote awareness of the know-how and quality of Italian products and companies in the healthcare sector in China and to share industry information between operators to maximize business opportunities.\
