Award-winning Chef Francesco Sanna was recently titled the "Ambassador of Quality Italian Pizza in the World" at "The 7th Italian Cuisine World Summit 2015" in Dubai.

Francesco is very proud to present you his world class Italian pizza at Via Roma restaurant and share with you his story of the competition.

The 7th Italian Cuisine World Summit 2015, considered to be one of the world’s most influential Italian food and lifestyle events, was held in Dubai from October 27th until November 5th.

Among all the world-famous masters of Italian cuisine, Chef Francesco joined this competition with full support from Kempinski Hotel Beijing, and with his commitment of serving authentic Italian ­cuisine to the world.

Competing against over 60 master chefs from around the world, Chef Francesco ranked the "3rd Place in Category Pizza Classica" at the "Best Italian Pizza World Contest".

He was also titled the "Ambassador of Quality Italian Pizza in the World" and once again proved his culinary talent to the world.
