The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC), in collaboration with our Member D’Andrea & Partners Legal Counsel, successfully organized a seminar titled “Navigating China’s Company Law Evolution: Unveiling Key Changes for Foreign-Invested Enterprises”.
The event took place on May 30th at the Guangzhou Government-Enterprises Communication and Service Center.

The event is targeted at foreign-invested LLCs to offer insights on the corporate law reform in China and its profound implications for business.
During the seminar, Mr. Matteo presented 10 significant changes of the Company Law and give us an overview of the investment scenario in the South China which is an inspiration for all the participants.
In the Q&A session, participants were active in raising questions.
