On June 26th at the Shenzhen, CCD Global HQ, the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC), in collaboration with our Member D’Andrea & Partners Legal Counsel, successfully organized a seminar titled “Understanding The Impact of China's New Company Law on Foreign-Invested Enterprises”.
Before the seminar began, CCD guides led everyone on a tour of the CCD Global Headquarters. Attendees admired the exquisite design and gained insight into CCD's working philosophy.
The seminar targets foreign-invested LLCs, offering insights into China's corporate law reform and its significant business implications. Mr. Matteo Zhi presented ten key changes to the Company Law and provided an inspiring overview of the investment landscape in South China, resonating with all participants.
CICC is honored to co-host this seminar with DP. The seminar brought together talented professionals from companies who gathered at CCD's creative environment to delve into legal knowledge, resulting in a successful outcome.
