SALES AND STORE MANAGER - Shanghai

Italian Brand, operating in the Healthy Food Industry, now expanding in China by setting up a National Network of Outlets is looking for SALES AND STORE MANAGER (long term career path), in Shanghai. 

The Career Plan: 

• Start as Deputy Manager, promoted to Store Manager after 3-6 months’ experience in the operation;
• Training program and management support;
• 3 years career plan, from the role of Deputy and Store Manager to Area Manager;
• Revision of management position every 6-12 months.

The Offer:

Good remuneration, with a starting monthly salary of RMB 18,000, up to RMB 20,000 after 6 months and to RMB 25,000 within 12-18 months, according to performance and job promotion.
