Job description:

CICC is looking for candidates for the position of:

Office Admin Assistant

The position is requested in our CICC office in Guangzhou and open to Chinese candidates.
The candidate will be asked to speak Italian and English.
This is a great opportunity for those candidates who really want to achieve great performances and results, such working experience represents a real adding value to their professional career.

Tasks:

CICC Database: Preparation and up to date CICC Membership Database, contact list, etc.
Events: organization support
Conducting marketing research and trade analysis, etc.
Execution of CICC Services through quotation, follow up payments, reporting;
Communication activities such as: handling all the CICC Website news publication, WeChat issues, Asana, mass mailing Mailchimp, and Event Bank CRM task.
Office Admin and Event Assistant, including coordination with IT supplier, office suppliers order, utilities, etc.
Promotion of CICC Membership Campaign and Development of new Chinese CICC Members

Education Background:

Chinese nationality
Good Italian and English
Proficiency in Excel, Office and Power Point, knowledge of Photoshop
Pro-active, attention to details, ability to work under pressure

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is an association funded in 1991 that gathers the Italian business community in China. Officially recognized by the Ministry of Economic Development and Chinese Ministry for Civil Affairs, the CICC is part of the Italian institutional system in the P.R.C. The CICC offers services and guidance to Italian companies willing to enter the Chinese market and to Chinese companies willing to invest in Italy, and actively promotes the Italian business in China. The Chamber currently counts around 600 Members, who contribute to more than 150 activities organized by the Chamber.
