Date: 28th February & 1st March 2009 AGENDA
Departure & Return Time:
28th of February: 7:30 meeting point at Piazza Italia (89 Jianguo Road, Room L02 Building 18, China Central Place Tower, Jianguomen Next to Shin Kong place).
1st March: 14:30 leaving  Chongli directly from the slopes!		 Saturday
Leave from Beijing in the early morning,
arrival directly on the slopes (so dress up!) then accomodation and dinner.
Venue:
Duolemeidi Ski Resort is located at Chongli County, Zhangjiakou City of Hebei Province, 226 kilometers from Beijing. The Resort covers a land area of 57 hectares, with sea level ranging from 1500 m to 2174 m.

Departure at about 2 p.m.

 

 

Costs:
Members: 950 Rmb (Double)/1.050 Rmb (Double use single)
Non members: 1.150 Rmb (Double)/ 1.250 Rmb (Double use single).
The price includes: ski-pass, transportation, ski equipment rental (not clothes), accommodation in double room, 2 lunches, 1 dinner and 1 breakfast.

DEADLINES
Subscription deadline: within the 23rd of February, minimum & maximum number of people: 20 (first come first served, if the number is not reached the activity is suspended). Please fill out the attached form.
  
Payment: to be done within the 26th of February, it`s possible to pay cash or via bank transfer
