the China Italy Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the China IPR SME Helpdesk is pleased to invite you to an interactive workshop on using contracts to effectively protect your intellectual property when doing business in China. The session will take place on October 20th in Guangzhou (12 Zhujiang West Road, Pearl River New City, Tianhe District - 广州市天河区珠江西路12号).

The workshop will cover a range of contracts including employment, subcontracting and manufacturing. By attending you will:

Learn how to avoid common contractual errors which lead to loss of technology, know-how and competitiveness
Practice how to write strong contracts which can protect your products and your company while doing business in China
Receive practical advice from a China IPR expert and have the opportunity to attend a one-on-one consultation session on your individual questions.
