The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce invites you to take part to the Seminar “Individual & Corporate Taxation Updates” to be held in Guangzhou on Thursday April 18^th, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. 

The Seminar aims at giving an overview on the new tax cuts for both individuals and corporates. Recently, in order to support its economy, China has announced recently further cuts in taxes for both individuals and businesses and is spurring banks to extend loans to SMEs.  These changes concern Individual Income tax, Enterprise Income Tax, customs duties, VAT and also social contributions. What is the impact of these tax reforms on your business, how can your business benefit from these changes? Is it easier to get financing from banks? As these changes go hand in hand with a stricter compliance, how the businesses need to adapt to this changing environment?

Speaker: Benoit Stos

Benoit Stos has a working experience of 20 years in Audit and Finance Industry including 16 in China (Beijing and Guangzhou) and has been partner of a European Accounting firm. In 2018, he started his own Advisory firm. Benoit has assisted many Chinese subsidiaries of large groups or SMEs in optimizing their financial, tax management, internal control processes. Benoit has also acted as CFO of several companies in China. Benoit is graduated from EM Lyon Business School, French CPA and got a specialization in Business Analytics.
