The Most important Issues of HR Management in Enterprises’ Headquarters and Application of Law under the New Normal

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, together with River Delta Law Firm, is glad to invite you to a one-day seminar held in Shanghai and Beijing.

The seminar will definitely be very helpful for HR managers to learn to get a deep insight into the most important issues like the adjustment of posts and salaries, the legal conditions allowing downsizing and its procedural requirements, the characteristics of mass labor-management disputes, how to make precautions, and some common issues arising in group enterprises such as who is the competent employing unit, how to draft and apply a uniform internal bylaw and the management of foreign employees.
