During the Masterclass Chef Pasqualino will share the secrets for pizza making from his experience of more than 20 years.

Every participant will be able to cook its own pizza, and at the end of the Masterclass Chef Pasqualino will make his signature Acrobatic Pizza Show.

About Master Chef Pasuqualino Barbasso:

Pasqualino began his career in his family’s Pizzeria, Il Falco Azzuro, in Cammarata, in the Sicilian province of Agrigento, where he still works when he’s not travelling. In 1998 he won the Sicily’s Acrobatic Pizza championship. By 2001 he was World Champion, a title that he won in 2002 for a second time. Since then, having left the world of the races he dedicates himself to trainings and acrobatic pizza making appearances in the best Italian restaurants and pizzerias around the world.
