The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce and its Mechanical and Engineering Working Group (MEWG) are glad to invite you to the upcoming networking event “MEWG Apericena with topic: An outlook for 2024” in Shanghai. The event will take place on Thursday, March 28th, at the Mediterranean restaurant FIAMA from 18:30.

The "Apericena" is a typical Italian word merging "Aperitivo" (Aperitif/开胃酒) and "Cena" (Dinner/晚餐).  The event will provide our members and friends with an opportunity to learn about the events and activities of our MEWG for 2024, as well as gain insight into the business outlook for the same year.

Please note that the Apericena is open to member and non members’ companies operating in the Manufacturing Industry.

About Mechanical Engineering Working Group (MEWG)

The MEWG represents the interest of all Italian companies in China working directly or indirectly in the sector on a national base.

MEWG Objectives:

• Coordinate and promote all Italian members’ needs which are active in many different industries of the Chinese mechanical engineering sector (machinery, automotive, component manufacturers, mechanical engineering...);
• Promote and raise awareness of the size and the importance of Italian technology in the sector to all counterparts in China and Italy, in order to develop business opportunities.
• Coordinate and promote activities and events that boost the visibility and the image of “Technology Made in Italy”.
• Become a reference for all mechanical engineering companies within the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce.
