Mr. Elliot Papageorgiou, B.Com. B.Ec. LLB BCL - Solicitor (England & Wales), Attorney-at-Law (NY), Barrister & Solicitor (Vic) advises from Rouse`s Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou offices. He has been leading European (and especially German and Austrian) companies on China intellectual property issues, with a focus on strategies for adapting IP filing and IP portfolios to China, IP exploitation (licensing and M&A transactions) and especially enforcement of IP rights in China via administrative actions, civil litigation and criminal enforcement. Elliot also advises on a range of patent litigation, trade mark litigation, and has acted on a number of high profile copyright (including music piracy) litigation cases in China.
