Mr. Timo Schneemann, Manager, Staufen China

Mr. Schneemann started to work at Mercedes-Benz, covering the projects TPM Implementation Body Shop, Roadmap Production System, and Quality Push E-Class Final Assembly. As Project Manager of DE Global, he designed and implemented an on-the-job training related to parts localisation, a lean office system at a sourcing company, and a quality management system at 15 factories for precision wooden door components. As Director for Lean Management at Liebherr, he designed and implemented the Lean Transformation roadmap.

At Staufen, he successfully completed assignments in work cell set-up, material flow and layout planning, total productive maintenance, and designed and implemented a unique 2-year-development program for Managers and High Potentials, covering 12 modules.
