Corporate governance and legal representative liabilities in PRC - Guangzhou, September 16th

Topic: This lecture will cover basic aspect of corporate governance and advice in order to tailor the best structure for your company in PRC (eg. deadlock avoidance, directors appointment, AOA basic rules). The seminar will also cover some aspects regarding legal representative liabilities such as civil, administrative and criminal charges (eg. passport seizure) and how to avoid them. Finally Mr. Fornari will introduce some case study concerning the above topics in order to clarify certain points of the discussion.

Mr. Fornari moved to China in 2008 and joined Wang Jing & Co Law Firm in 2009 working with European and international clients as a Senior Manager ever since. Among his many achievements Mr. Fornari became a point of reference for the Italian community in the southern provinces of China, offering his expertise and the legal practice of the Wang Jing & Co Law Firm to both corporations and individuals to better operate with the peculiar Chinese legal system. Thanks to his pro-active attitude, on 2010 Wang Jing & Co Law Firm become trusted Law Firm of the General Consulate of Italy in Guangzhou and since that moment, Mr. Fornari and our Lawyers assisted the Italian community in dealing locally with any kind of legal matter. He is also member of the China Italy Chamber of Commerce.
