Speaker: 

Mr. Du Baozhong

Mr. Du is a Senior Counsel in the International Legal Affairs Department at Beijing Yingke Law Firm.
Mr. Du has over 13 years of experience in the Department of Treaty and Law in China’s Ministry of Commerce. He has represented the Chinese Government in numerous United Nations Commission conferences on International Trade Law held in both New York and Vienna, and further assisted in drafting and amending the World Trade Regulation.
Mr. Du was appointed Arbitrator of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in 2008. Mr. Du specializes in foreign direct investment, private equity and venture capital, as well as mergers and acquisitions, labor law, etc.
